"DO. THIS. I just finished my first year with Kevin and his team at The Exercise Coach in Libertyville. Here are my results: -- I lost 35 lbs. -- The portion of my body weight that is fat dropped from 32% to 20%. -- I increased my muscle strength and efficiency 15%. How do I know this? Because they track my progress. I still have a bit to go to reach my goals, but I am so much closer to them than I was a year ago. I'm starting to really see some great muscle definition, and I'm feeling fitter. I know that every time I finish a session, I know I got a great workout, which encourages me to eat healthier. I have always exercised, and still walk on my off days, but the main thing is the intensity of the workouts - the push to go above the green line. It makes a big difference. If you're on the fence about trying The Exercise Coach, do it - there is no better program. (I'm old, so I know what I say). This is the best fitness program I have ever participated in."

"This is the Best workout ever! Only 2 times a week for 20 minutes gives me even better results than I got from other strength training workouts. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about your safety and progress. The machinery is state of the art with software to give you the info you need to continue to challenge yourself and monitor your progress. The atmosphere and coaches are wonderful and welcoming. If you don't like long sweaty workouts, you really need to try this....I can't recommend it enough!"

"Until I was forty, I never had to worry about my health, fitness, nor dieting. I ate what I wanted and nothing seemed to bother me. Then I turned forty, slowly started adding a few pounds, and before I knew it I was getting really thick in the middle. At the same time, my mom started having some health issues that knew I could avoid if I just started working out. Well, I have never liked working out. I decided to start the Metabolic Comeback Challenge. I gave up eating carbs (breads, pastas, rice), dairy, and most sugars for 5 weeks. The first week was the hardest thing I had ever had to do. I watched everything I ate and was able to eat a lot of the right foods. Even though I was eating until I was full, my body felt like I was starving! I pushed through and stayed on the plan. By week 3, I started seeing a change in my body. I started to thin down in my middle section and my pants were now loose to wear! I stayed with the challenge and lost over 5 pounds and 6 inches! AMAZING! I am in the best physical shape of my life and I feel so much better too. The best bonus (for the moms out there)...I dont wet myself when I sneeze anymore either!"
